Founding Memberships are your limited time opportunity to become a member of Revivery at a never-to-be-offered again rate — along with a few other great perks. Once the studio opens to the public (currently scheduled for February 1st, 2025), Founding Memberships will no longer be available.
How many Founding Memberships are available?
100 total (first come, first served). You can grab yours by choosing your preferred membership and paying for your first month of membership.
What are the benefits of a Founding Membership?
Founding Members get the equivalent of two free months every year, a discount of 2/12ths (16.67%) applied to membership dues every month. This results in substantial savings on an ongoing basis. See Founding Member Rates.
In addition, Founding Members get 2 guest passes each month — no matter which level of Founding Membership you choose, you’ll be able to bring a friend or family member with you twice a month at no additional charge.
Are there any other perks?
Absolutely (and glad you asked). Before we open to the public, we’ll have a 30-Day Preview Event — during which our Founding Members will be able to join exclusive, invitation-only sauna and cold plunge sessions. Even better, this Preview Event is entirely FREE (more on that next). You’ll also get a Founding Member sauna cap, a small thank you for being here from the beginning.
Okay, I want a Founding Membership. How does it work?
Pick your Founding Membership level and pay for a single month now. When we open, you’ll have access to 30 days of FREE sauna and cold plunge sessions during the Preview Event (currently scheduled for Jan 1 to Jan 31, 2025). We’ll then apply your original payment to the month after the Preview Event. In effect, this means you won’t see another charge (or pay another dime) until we’ve been open for two months — and you’ve been enjoying 60 days of Revivery sessions.
What if I decide Revivery isn’t for me?
Just let us know before the end of the Preview Event. While we won’t refund your initial payment, we won’t bill you any further — and you’ll still be able to enjoy sessions during the Preview Event AND the next month.

Which level of Founding Membership should I choose?
There are four Membership levels: 4x, 8x, 16x, and Infinity. Each refers to the number of times you can attend Revivery sessions on a monthly basis.
If you’re testing the waters to see if you enjoy expert-led sauna and cold plunge sessions, you should begin with 4x or 8x. If you’re just exploring, 4x is a good choice, but it’s worth knowing the evidence-based minimum effective dose for achieving long-term physiological benefits is twice a week (8x). This is where those who are looking for meaningful health changes should start.
“Dr. Susanna Soberg has identified a minimum threshold that is crucial for achieving favorable outcomes, including decreased blood sugar levels, improved clearance of blood sugar, reduced insulin levels, and enhanced distribution and density of brown fats. To attain these benefits through cold and heat exposure, individuals are required to spend a total of 11 minutes per week (in cold exposure), distributed across two to three visits to the water and sauna. This translates to spending one to two minutes in cold water and 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna during each session.” (Reference)
If you’re looking for a physical and mental effect beyond the minimum effective dose (or you’re already experienced with sauna and cold plunge), you’ll want to attend once every 48 hours, the equivalent of coming three to four times a week. This is achieved by choosing the 16x Membership (Revivery co-founder Annette Scott’s recommended choice).
For those who are seeking a deeper mental and spiritual challenge (and know sauna and cold plunge is a core part of their lifestyle), it’s worth considering the Infinity Membership. It’s a small upcharge from 16x, and allows you to come as many times as you’d like.
What if I want to adjust my Membership level in the future?
When you change, we change. As long as you’re a Founding Member in good standing, we’ll apply the 16.67% Founding Membership discount (no matter which Membership level you choose). This means you can upgrade or downgrade (upon your next billing cycle) simply by letting us know. Keep in mind that if you cancel your membership for any period of time, you’ll no longer be eligible for the Founding Membership discount.
What happens if your general membership rates go up?
While we have no immediate plans to increase membership rates, it will likely happen at some point. When it does, we’ll apply your Founding Member discount in an “everlasting” fashion — you’ll always get 16.67% off the then-current rate.
Is there a contract?
Once you join, you’re committed to 3 months of paid membership. After your initial 3-month commitment has passed, you’ll go to month-to-month billing — and you can cancel with 30 days notice. See your Membership Agreement for details.
When will Revivery Westchase open?
We’re in construction now, and anticipate opening the studio to our Founding Members in January 2025 (for the Preview Event). We could open a bit sooner or later than this, and we’ll keep you updated.
Will my membership work at other Revivery locations?
Of course! We don’t have other locations now, but we have big plans — and you’re invited. We want you to be able to sauna and cold plunge no matter where your travels take you.
Can I pause, cancel, or transfer my Founding Membership?
You can pause your Membership for up to two weeks twice a year, and canceling is as simple as providing us with 30 days notice (once your initial 3-month commitment is over). Please note that if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the Founding Member discount upon your return. Founding Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
