Led by co-founder Annette Scott, the Free Intro at Revivery happens only twice a week. It’s your chance to explore our unique method of sauna + cold plunge alongside others who are trying it for the first time.




You’ll spend an hour in class, transitioning between sauna and cold plunge three times. In the sauna, you’ll be with the entire class of 12 — having discussions, engaging in breathwork, or doing some guided meditation. In the cold plunge, you’ll be with everyone as well.
Expect to be wet. A bathing suit or workout gear is appropriate. You’ll also want a felt sauna hat and a towel, both of which will be provided to you at the Studio.
Bring your willingness to get wet, hot and cold — and clothes that perform in both sauna and cold plunge environments. Please plan to leave phones and other personal items in the locker room or your vehicle.
The Intro is a free, instructor-led session that introduces you to the Revivery Method — a guided blend of sauna, cold plunge, breathing, and deep social connection. It’s the best way to understand what makes Revivery different. It lasts about 75 minutes. Most people leave feeling euphoric, clear, and calm — and many report sleeping extremely well the night following their session.
A regular class is 60 minutes long, and the total experience of arrival, changing, class, and changing back into street clothes tends to take our Members about 70 minutes total.
Each sauna is 12-18 minutes and each cold plunge is 3-5 minutes. You’ll begin in the sauna, rinse off, and then jump in the cold plunge. This cycle repeats 3 times per session, with your entire class moving as a group.
We set the cold plunges and saunas at temperatures designed to elicit a specific physiological response. They range from approximately 40 to 55° in the plunges 175 to 210° in the saunas.
Sauna and cold plunge both involve exposure to temperatures outside of normal. As such, you should ALWAYS seek clearance from your physician prior to participating, whether you have a medical issue or not.
Yes. Exposure to hot and cold outside of day-to-day ranges carries inherent risks with consequences ranging from mild to severe. As such, you should ALWAYS seek clearance from your physician prior to participating, whether you have a medical issue or not.
We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your class reservation without any penalty up to four hours before the class starts. If you cancel within four hours of the scheduled start time or if you miss the class, a $10 late cancellation fee will be automatically billed to your account. This policy helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone has a fair chance to attend their favorite sessions.
Analysis by Dr. Susanna Søberg et al indicates benefit from 11 minutes of cold exposure and 57 minutes of sauna per week: 1-2 minutes at a time in the cold plunge and 10-15 minutes at a time in the sauna.
