Upon successful completion of the certificate course, you will receive your Revivery Method Sauna and Cold Plunge Instructor, Level 1 Certificate (REV-1). You will also unlock the option to become a Revivery Affiliate. This is a potential benefit for those looking to open their own sauna and cold plunge studio, and we'll tell you more upon completion of your REV-1 training.
The cost of the training program is $1,495. While payment plans are not currently available, you can register during the Early Bird promotional period for $1,270 (Save $225). Revivery does not cover meals, travel costs or lodging for the training — with the exception of a modest working lunch each day.
Although the course begins with remote training, fully-remote options are not available. Participation in the 3-day onsite is required to earn your Certificate.
Our training sessions are capped at 28 to ensure an intimate group experience.

Get fully certified in contrast therapy instruction while knocking out your entire year of CrossFit CEUs. The REV-1 Instructor Training combines 12 hours of online coursework with a 3-day in-person intensive in Tampa, FL—designed by experienced CrossFit coaches and contrast therapy pros. You’ll learn how to confidently lead group sauna and cold plunge sessions, integrate recovery into high-intensity training, and foster deeper athlete connection using breathwork, mindset, and non-violent communication. Upon completion, you’ll receive the REV-1 Credential and 30 CEUs from CrossFit HQ.
