A Guided Session is not a class or a sauna routine — it’s a held experience. Your Guide creates an intentional container through tone, breath, and pacing so your nervous system can settle. Within that calm, you’ll move through alternating heat and cold, each cycle designed to build resilience, focus, and connection. You’re guided every step of the way — but never pushed.
Guidance here means presence, not direction. Revivery Guides are trained to sense what the moment — and each participant — needs. They use breath, silence, and language to model calm and create safety. Their role isn’t to perform or command, but to hold the space so you can meet intensity with awareness and leave grounded, not overwhelmed.
Each Guided Session moves through four phases. It begins with a Container of calm and breath, setting safety and presence. The Descent follows — a guided journey through heat and cold where you meet challenge with awareness. In the Shared Field, the group’s breath and rhythm align, creating a sense of unity and calm. Finally, during Integration, reflection and stillness bring everything together — leaving you grounded, clear, and renewed.
A typical sauna is solitary and unstructured. A Guided Session transforms the same elements — heat, cold, breath — into a shared transformation. When led by a skilled Guide, stress becomes a teacher, and discomfort turns into strength. You don’t just recover; you reconnect — to your body, your breath, and the people beside you.
None at all. Whether it’s your first time in a sauna or your hundredth plunge, your Guide will meet you where you are. Every cue is permission-based — you choose your level of challenge, always within a framework of safety and respect.
Expect to be wet. A bathing suit or workout gear is appropriate. You’ll also want a felt sauna hat and a towel, both provided by the Studio. Bring an open mind, leave distractions in the locker room, and come ready to be fully present in the experience.
During the session, you’ll feel heat, intensity, and release — tempered by breath and calm guidance. Many notice a quiet shift, with the mind softening, breath deepening, and awareness expanding. Afterward, you’ll feel lighter, centered, and often profoundly connected — both to yourself and to those who shared the space with you.
