FAQs

• What should I expect during my VIP Session?

  Revivery sessions are a 60-minute shared experience — alongside other VIPs, you’ll go through multiple rounds of sauna and cold plunge. As such, you’ll want to wear a swimsuit or workout clothing that you’re happy getting wet, and you should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We will provide towels and sauna hats, and you can expect discussion, breathwork, connection, and beginner-friendly meditation throughout.

• I would like to bring someone with me. Do they need to reserve a spot as well?

  Yes, everyone needs to register individually, as registration ensures we’ll have a spot available. Have your guest complete the entire process outlined on this page, selecting the same session as yourself.

• I’m having trouble registering. Can you help?

  Of course! Just send us an email or give us a call at (656) 233-8997 and we’ll help you get your reservation sorted. It is helpful to know precisely where you’re encountering difficulty, so please attempt the registration process above prior to getting in touch.

• What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

  We recommend sticking with your reservation as much as possible, as other spots will fill up very quickly, limiting availability. That said, if you need to change your reservation, you can do so via the MEMBER LOGIN found in the navigation at the top of the website. (Should you find you don't have your password handy, follow the password reset process.)
