How to Get Involved

Not a 16x or Unlimited Member?

Not a problem — we can upgrade your membership for the duration of the Fire Horse Challenge quickly and easily.

You’ll pay only the difference between your current membership and your desired level of upgrade (to either 16x or Unlimited), ensuring you have enough class credits to participate. Just let us know you’d like to do so on the entry form below, and we’ll be in touch to make it happen.

Fire Horse Challenge FAQ

  • No, not at all. Every session between February 17 and March 16 counts. Nonetheless, we’d love to see you in the special Fire Horse-themed sessions (which you can find on the calendar or in the Revivery app), as they will build upon the lessons and prompts of the Fire Horse email masterclass and deepen your experience

  • Absolutely. While you’ll need to attend 16 sessions during the Challenge to earn the Fire Horse designation, there’s still a ton to be learned from the daily emails and from attending as many times as you can during the Challenge. Consider yourself welcome, no matter what.

  • Easy peasy. Each week asks you to do 4 days of sauna and cold plunge, with 3 days of rest. Ideally, you’d do 4 consecutive sessions, but as that won’t be possible for some, you can consider one of the “rest days” a flexible day — when you can make up for a missed session. You’ll continue with 4 sessions per week until the end of the challenge — looking to get in at least 16 total (within the 31 day Challenge period).

  • If you’d like to get in all 16 sessions, your membership level will need to match that goal — and we can make it easy. If you don’t already have enough sessions in your current membership, you’ll just pay the difference to upgrade to 16x or Unlimited (your choice) for the duration of the Challenge. We’ll make sure your membership is pro-rated accurately and easily — just let us know, and we’ll get it done.
